Within one week of use, the shoestring stay that is in the middle of the laces completely came loose and dislodged from the shoe completely. It was like it was never affixed.
The shoes gather if pulled too tight near the first set of shoestrings causing bulges on both sides.
The outer sides are very comfortable as the inner sole is a little hard. After several weeks of trying to endure the stiffness of the sole they seem to be getting a little softer. Time may tell.
Overall I'm a little disapointed as these shoes were not cheap and I expected a much better quakity.
I am willing to keep wearing them to really see if they work out.

second pair I've bought. Love the concept but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. 1st pair I bought the black souls wore out in a few weeks. I contacted Mulat and they said they have good quality control and they can't determine how much wear and tare I put them through. Bought another pair; same thing happened 3 weeks after purchase. Won't be buying any more.

These are THE most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. Stylish (I receive a lot of comments) and just so easy to wear. I was unsure how it would feel walking in "elevated" sneakers; however, my new Mulat's feel great. I also like the look, too. I am usually a 10.5; however the size 11 fit fine. I am planning on getting another pair. I believe they come in a blue and black version; however, I wish it was available in a Forrest green.

The shoes look good and do provide the lift advertised but they are very uncomfortable to wear. The lift is only in the back so it pushes the foot forward into the tip of the shoes, pressing on the toes. The insole is uncomfortable and actually hurts to walk in them for long periods.

Believe it or not , I didn’t just buy these shoes for height , more so for the posture
Men usually only get flat soles and find their posture isn’t good on their spine
The Mulat looks good and is comfortable , also allowing a straighter back and easier arch in my foot
Happy with the product and have 3 pairs now ( white / black and tan )

OK, I LOVE these shoes!! It does take a minute to feel comfortable walking with the new angle of your foot. But they just look like a comfortable trainer - but just that little extra height is fantastic. As 5’10”, I’d always wanted 6’ and now I’ve got it. There was one hiccup in the shipping, but the Service was outstanding and resolved the issue. I will definitely look at getting another pair!

The whole process of ordering and receiving my Mulat’s has been smooth… there are a LOT of emails, which you can chose to not receive - so far I’ve kept them!
Almost everything is perfect. They look just like the photo, they look sleek and expensive and they fit perfectly. The only reason I am unable to give 5 stars is that (I assume because of the lift) they feel ‘wobbly’ to walk in, like you’re walking on sponge or high heels- this may just take a while to get used to though. I love the extra height they give you, but if I was the designer I may be looking at a firmer lift within the shoe.

I received the incorrect size at first I then sent an email and received communication within 2 days saying that they will send me a new pair, which was done. I received the correct size within a week. I then asked how I should send the incorrect size back, the reply was I could keep them for the inconvenience.
