Returns & Refunds

Our return policy guarantees you to return your order within 30 days after receiving. 

We advise customers to thoroughly inspect items as soon as they are received, as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for resale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty. Our support team reserve the right to ask for photo or video evidence prior to initiating a return in order to assess whether a customer qualifies for a refund. This is to prevent loss of business revenue due to fraudulent or false claims for refunds.

The customer must pay for return shipment themselves.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. We also offer exchanges, and you can request a different product or size but please note that all exchange requests are subject to availability. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.

Please send us an email if you would like to return your item(s). We will provide you with the appropriate instructions and return form. We have multiple return locations, and you will either be asked to return the item to our APAC (Asian Warehouse) or Pan-European (Netherlands Warehouse).

Please don't use scissors or knives to open your package as this puts the apparel at a risk of being damaged. We recommend to open the Mulat packaging by hand, as it is easily tearable. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale with tags still attached. Please be very careful when trying products on, for example, please ensure you are not wearing makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund for any item returned to us with any marks or stains.

Mulat cannot accept returns on items purchased during a giveaway clearance or sale.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
